Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in managing hiring activities for internship, fresh graduate, and junior-level positions. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, HR administration, and talent acquisition operations within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Source and identify suitable candidates for internship, fresh graduate, and junior-level positions through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidate profiles and assist with resume shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information prior to offer stage.
Job Posting & Employer Branding
- Create and publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives and internship recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining talent pools and candidate databases.
Recruitment Operations & Administration
- Update and maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports accurately and timely.
- Ensure candidate records are properly updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment-related documents and administrative reports as required.
- Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires and interns.
HRDF & Compliance Support
- Assist in HRD Corp (HRDF) grant submissions and training administration.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for HRDF claims and training-related activities.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation requirements.
General HR Support
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team on various HR projects.
- Assist with university engagement activities, career fairs, and internship programmes when required.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Talent Acquisition Director.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment tools will be an added advantage.
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 to 6 months.
