Accountabilities:

    The Quality & Compliance Administrator PMO will support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality and compliance processes while ensuring operational alignment with contractual and industry standards. Key responsibilities include:

    • Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), including controlled documentation, policies, procedures, templates, and standard operating procedures.
    • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, version control, and updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
    • Support compliance efforts related to frameworks such as CMMI, CMMC, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001.
    • Maintain compliance evidence repositories, coordinate evidence collection, and support audit preparation activities.
    • Monitor remediation activities, gap assessments, and compliance improvement plans.
    • Track government contract obligations, deliverables, reporting requirements, milestones, SLAs, KPIs, and Quality Control Plan compliance.
    • Support contract lifecycle activities, including project startup, transitions, and closeout processes.
    • Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare audit documentation, track findings, and support issue resolution through closure.
    • Review project documentation for completeness, quality, and alignment with PMO standards.
    • Support governance reviews, project health assessments, lessons learned, and process improvement opportunities.
    • Develop compliance dashboards, metrics reporting, and executive summaries to provide visibility into operational performance.
    • Maintain centralized knowledge repositories and ensure documentation retention requirements are followed.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-focused professional with experience supporting quality, compliance, or PMO functions in structured environments. Required qualifications include:

      • 3–7 years of experience in PMO, quality management, compliance, or program management roles.
      • Experience supporting government contracts and understanding operational compliance requirements.
      • Strong knowledge of documentation management, process standardization, and governance practices.
      • Experience coordinating audits, compliance activities, evidence collection, or certification efforts.
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
      • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of identifying opportunities for process improvement.
      • Experience working with compliance frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, CMMI, CMMC, NIST 800-171, or NIST 800-53 is preferred.
      • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, or Smartsheet is a plus.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to quality and accuracy.
