Accountabilities:
- Lead the execution and quality assurance of SEO tasks across on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO initiatives
- Support technical SEO health through audits, issue detection, and coordination of fixes
- Oversee content publishing workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SEO best practices before go-live
- Manage Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO activities across client portfolios
- Monitor backlink profiles, track performance, and ensure link-building deliverables are properly executed
- Conduct SEO QA checks to ensure all implementations meet quality standards and project requirements
- Collaborate with SEO leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of all campaigns
- Maintain operational documentation and support process improvements for scalability
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, including on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO
- Strong understanding of SEO execution processes, QA workflows, and operational delivery
- Experience with technical SEO concepts such as schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site structure optimization
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile management and local SEO strategies
- Strong ability to analyze SEO issues and support root cause identification and resolution
- Experience using SEO tools and platforms for audits, tracking, and performance monitoring
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates and collaborate effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with EST-aligned working hours
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Experience working with US-based clients or agencies
- Familiarity with content management systems and publishing workflows
- Understanding of digital marketing agency environments
- Basic analytical mindset for reporting and performance tracking
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from USD 1,800 – 2,200
