Support the Sea Logistics Operations team by reviewing and verifying shipping documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with operational requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and timely export documentation processes.
How you create impact
- Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure documentation complies with shipping requirements and established procedures.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the smooth execution of sea freight export operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What we would like you to bring
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience must have hands-on exposure to shipping or export documentation.
- Basic understanding of freight forwarding processes and Incoterms.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Conversational English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
