Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain high-availability and high-performance back-end applications using .NET technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Design and implement APIs and microservices architectures aligned with engineering best practices and internal technical standards.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to defining technical solutions for complex systems.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business and technical goals.
- Support and mentor junior developers, contributing to the overall technical growth of the team.
- Proven experience as a Senior Back-End Developer working with .NET technologies in production environments.
- Strong experience in building APIs and microservices-based architectures.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including automated testing, clean code, and code review processes.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues in production systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with high-complexity backend systems.
