Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $163,000.00/yr Meta is seeking an experienced Regional Logistics Operations Specialist to lead site services and technical logistics operations across a regional portfolio of data center and infrastructure facilities. In this role, you will manage third-party logistics providers, drive process standardization, and ensure inventory accuracy and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance across regional sites. You will partner with cross-functional teams including data center operations, procurement, and finance to optimize logistics workflows, support hardware asset lifecycle management, and deliver consistent operational performance aligned to Meta's infrastructure supply chain standards.Regional Logistics Operations Specialist Responsibilities:Manage and optimize regional logistics operations for data center site services, including inbound and outbound freight, hardware asset movements, and inventory control across multiple facilitiesOversee third-party logistics providers and site services vendors, holding them accountable to service level agreements and operational performance metricsUtilize data analytics and supply chain reporting tools to monitor regional logistics performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiativesLead process standardization efforts across regional sites, engineering scalable logistics workflows that support data center growth and operational consistencyPartner with upstream procurement, finance, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and regulatory obligations across logistics operationsServe as a regional subject matter expert on...
