What this job involves:

In this role, you’ll be part of a group that supports operations through the agile management of capacity and process expertise. You will receive enhanced onboarding, and multi-skilling training as a key part of our Business Continuity planning and then be deployed into one of our critical operations teams. You will come with a keen change management mindset, be resilient and flexible. Vital tasks include issuing of purchase orders within the contract maximum spend values; updating functional systems used in the group; liaising with stakeholders for progress updates and highlighting of issues; updating third-party systems with compliance documents; and managing subcontractors carrying our requests including all associated documentation requirements.


The Senior Analyst, Sourcing and Procurement plays a critical role in managing client procurement operations, vendor relationships, and compliance initiatives. This position combines operational excellence with strategic thinking to optimize procurement processes, ensure policy adherence, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Analyst leads complex initiatives and mentors team members while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and leadership. Developing and updating key tools and resources to support the business will add value and efficiency to JLL and its Clients.

  • Facilitate contract requests via a centralized system. Manage incoming requests to prioritize and meet client time frames
  • Provide guidance to the business regarding key contractual considerations in collaboration with legal and support team
  • Monitor contract expirations, draft renewal, and notify stakeholders for execution and completion.
  • Communicate with suppliers to facilitate timely process completion and provide regular progress updates.
  • Support contract administration and internal approvals and signature collection.
  • Develop an understanding of the business environment in which JLL operates.
  • Proactively develop and maintain effective internal relationships to facilitate the achievement of business goals.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to achieve value-based outcomes and minimize risk to JLL.
  • Monitor third party risk in relation to contract set up with any support being provided by the local team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, internal customers, management and peers.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate records / logs of correspondences and documentation.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and key vendors; escalate issues to Account and Procurement teams as needed
  • Assist with data improvement projects and ad-hoc sourcing initiatives.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues; manage competing priorities with attention to detail and urgency.

Skill and Experience Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Real Estate Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, contract administration, or client-facing support roles
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; explains complex procurement practices and policies effectively
  • Practical knowledge of contract procurement processes, supplier documentation, and compliance monitoring; real estate or facilities management experience highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience working in team environments with ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Track record of managing and prioritizing multiple projects with competing timelines
