Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced Pediatric LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes throughout the Bronx, NY.

Qualifications
- Active New York Registered Nurse LPN license
- Current BLS Certification
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
- Minimum of one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year), or chest X-ray if applicable
- Proof of MMR immunity (laboratory report)
