Job Summary
This is a high-impact opportunity to join a stealth-stage FinTech startup at the intersection of Generative AI and global finance. The team is building cutting-edge tools that connect Large Language Models (LLMs) to live financial data, providing research terminals and APIs for sophisticated trading firms. We are looking for a tenacious, finance-savvy SDR to drive our outbound engine. You will be the first point of contact for institutional prospects, playing a critical role in scaling our revenue and defining our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, including approximately 100 cold calls per day.
- Qualify leads and secure a target of 20+ meetings per month with key decision-makers in the trading and investing sectors.
- Manage the top-of-funnel pipeline to contribute to a consistent flow of closed deals.
- Articulate the value of technical financial products, LLM integrations, and APIs to sophisticated market participants.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and track all outreach activity via Smartleads and Microsoft Teams.
- Partner with leadership to refine sales messaging and objection-handling strategies based on real-time market feedback.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in an SDR, cold calling, or outbound sales role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- A deep interest in or professional knowledge of trading, investing, and financial markets.
- Proven resilience and the ability to handle the high-rejection environment of outbound sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
- Strong sales acumen and a focus on revenue generation.
