Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks spanning API, UI, and system integration layers.
- Build and execute automated test suites using Java/JavaScript, leveraging tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for UI automation and Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI for API testing.
- Validate data integrity and query performance across MS SQL Server and NoSQL platforms (MongoDB, Cosmos DB) as part of end-to-end test coverage.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines, working closely with DevOps teams to ensure fast, reliable feedback loops.
- Provision and manage test environments using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible), primarily within AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Apply AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Amazon CodeWhisperer) to accelerate bug discovery, automate repetitive testing tasks, and shorten test cycles.
- Explore and apply AI/ML concepts — including prompt engineering and LLM-assisted testing — to optimize test strategies, support intelligent data analysis, and automate documentation, code scans, or monitoring.
- Partner with product managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and fellow QA engineers to define test coverage, review requirements, and ensure quality is built in from the design stage.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, manage competing priorities, and drive delivery timelines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Champion clean architecture, real-time performance, and data quality standards across the testing lifecycle.
- Test large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments, including Windows-based production systems, network configurations, and server performance validation, where applicable.
- Apply scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to strengthen test infrastructure, ideally paired with AI-based tooling.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling, incorporating AI-driven approaches where they add measurable efficiency.

- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks spanning API, UI, and system integration layers.
- Strong hands-on programming experience in Java/JavaScript.
- Strong experience with UI automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools/frameworks such as Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, as well as NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to collaborate closely with DevOps teams.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for test environment provisioning and configuration management.
- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms, particularly AWS or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Amazon CodeWhisperer) to discover bugs, automate repetitive tasks, and speed up testing cycles.
- Comfortable applying AI/ML concepts — even at a basic level — to optimize workflows and test strategies, perform intelligent data analysis, or support decision-making.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM-assisted testing, or using AI to automate documentation, code scans, or monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- 9–11 years of overall automation testing experience, with deep expertise in test automation frameworks, tools, and modern software testing practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and openness to AI-powered innovation.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Capable of leading teams, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA team members to ensure test coverage and quality.
- Proven experience testing large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments.
- Background in testing Windows-based production systems, network configurations, and server performance in the cloud.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) — bonus if paired with AI-based infrastructure tools.
- AWS certification or similar credentials is a plus.
- Experience using AI to accelerate DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or observability tooling is a major advantage.
