AMC FSO Internship

Position Information:

  • Department: Applied Materials China – FSO
  • Location: Shanghai
  • Position Type: Campus Internship / Intern (Full-time or long-term internship preferred)
  • Function: Operations Analysis · Reporting Support · Project & Event Coordination

Responsibilities:

As an AMC FSO Intern, you will work in real business scenarios and support operations analysis, reporting, and internal project execution, including but not limited to:

  • Data Analysis & Power BI Support
  • Assist with Power BI dashboard preparation and basic data analysis
  • Support FSO operations analysis and management reporting preparation

  • LSP / Operations Reporting Support
  • Support data collection, consolidation, and validation for LSP and other operations reports
  • Assist with periodic report updates to improve data accuracy and clarity

  • Project & Internal Event Support
  • Assist with preparation for internal quarterly meetings and team events
  • Coordinate with project focals to collect and organize information in a structured and orderly manner
  • Support preparation of meeting materials, trackers, and brief summaries 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate student (STEM, Data, or management-related majors preferred)
  • Interest in data analysis, business operations, or corporate workflows
  • Basic Excel skills; willingness to learn Power BI or other analytics tools
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and information-organization skills
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment
