We are seeking a highly analytical and diligent Sales Analyst to support our fast-growing business in China.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to track business performance, handle demand signals, and support data-driven decisions in a fast-changing, supply-limited setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering revenue, bookings, backlog, shipment status, and product- and customer-level performance.
  • Build dashboards to track key benchmarks such as forecast vs. actuals, supply allocation, and order fulfillment status, and provide actionable insights on trends, gaps, and risks.
  • Support rolling forecast processes with a 12–18 month outlook. Consolidate demand inputs from sales teams and key customers. Identify gaps between forecast, allocation, and actual orders.
  • Highlight risks including supply shortages, credit limitations, and delayed PO releases.
  • Monitor the order pipeline (PO status, CRD, MAD), analyze backlog movement, push-outs, and cancellations, and support critical issues for urgent deliveries and allocation prioritization.
  • Maintain data accuracy throughout systems including SAP, SFDC, and internal tools.
  • Track price changes, rebates, and program compliance, and validate deal structures against company policies.
  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, and finance groups to coordinate demand visibility, allocation, shipment updates, and revenue tracking.
  • Find opportunities to streamline reporting and analytics processes, automate recurring reports, and improve data quality.

What We Need to See

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Around 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain Analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd

  • Experience supporting large enterprise customers or high-volume sales businesses.
  • Familiarity with supply-constrained and distribution-focused environments.
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor, networking, or IT hardware industry. A data-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and communicate proactively. A collaborative approach when working across cross-functional teams.
