If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.What you’ll do Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.Design end-to-end software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, architecture standards, and operational requirements.Own the technical solution throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and production support.Review and validate technical specifications, solution designs, and effort estimates provided by development teams and technology partners.Work with cross-functional teams to define integration approaches, optimize system performance, and ensure successful project delivery.Identify technical risks, propose mitigation plans, and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, services, and processes within your domain.Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical requirements, integration plans, and service catalogues.Act as a technical leader in complex projects, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to colleagues and stakeholders.Who you are You hold a university degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.You have solid experience in technical delivery, software development, systems integration, solution design, or related technical roles.You are confident working with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.You have a good understanding of software architecture, API management, data modelling, and enterprise application design principles.You are comfortable translating complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and can confidently collaborate across technical and business teams.You are proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.You thrive in dynamic environments, can manage ambiguity, and have the ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes.You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.Not a perfect fit?
