Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring effective communication and alignment between clients and internal teams.
- Manage account priorities, workflows, and deliverables using established processes and strategic frameworks.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and revenue pacing while identifying potential risks and escalating financial concerns when needed.
- Support contractual alignment by monitoring requirements, identifying scope considerations, and partnering with leadership on solutions.
- Contribute to proposals, renewals, and account expansion initiatives through insights, documentation, and strategic recommendations.
- Assist with financial planning materials, including proformas, forecasts, and account performance reporting.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations by providing updates, recommendations, and account insights.
- Use industry knowledge, performance data, and reporting analysis to support client strategies and planning efforts.
- Provide mentorship, coordination, and performance feedback to account team members as needed.
- Partner with senior account leadership to align on priorities, escalation decisions, and overall client strategies.
- 3–6+ years of account management experience within an agency setting.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and revenue tracking.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understanding of integrated marketing strategies and B2C/B2B principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
