The position of “Warehouse Process Coach – MP&L” is mainly to drive standardization and continuous improvement in the Ford Production System. Teams have to provide a synchronous flow of materials to customers at an affordable cost while building strong organization to the next level.
Safety, Quality & Productivity Management – Coach Safety, Quality, and Productivity through standardized work, Process Confirmation, and Andon response to ensure smooth, safe, and quality-driven line operations.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation Leadership – Drive Continuous Improvement and innovative problem-solving by leveraging data analysis and dashboards to identify issues and enhance process efficiency at the lowest level.
Material Flow & Warehouse Operations – Manage daily material handling and ensure smooth material flow from marketplace to production line, applying lean and innovative practices aligned with the Ford Production System.
Team Development & Capability Building – Build Team Leader and Team Member capability, lead hourly personnel development, and support resource allocation to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Communication, Recognition & Work Environment – Promote clear communication, recognition, and a conducive work environment that encourages innovative thinking, collaboration, and basic supervisory administration.

Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
No. of Years of Experience
3–5 years of experience in Material Planning and Logistics within a manufacturing environment
Professional Exposure
(Technical Skills) Strong knowledge of Line Balancing, Time Study, Material Flow, and Capacity Planning
Skilled in Data Analysis to interpret data and drive process improvements
Proficient in eWMS
Able to design and build Dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to monitor and track performance
Familiar with Innovation/Digital Tools applied to warehouse and manufacturing processes
Preferred previous experiences
Experience in Warehouse/Inventory Management
Experience in Automotive MP&L
Background in digital transformation or automation projects within warehouse/logistics operations
