Accountabilities:
- Developing and maintaining automated test suites for web applications, third-party systems, and integrations
- Contributing to manual, integration, and performance testing efforts across multiple projects
- Integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve release quality and speed
- Troubleshooting and stabilizing test automation frameworks and improving overall test reliability
- Collaborating with developers, DevOps, and product teams to enhance QA best practices and coverage
- At least 8 years of experience testing web applications, third-party applications, and system integrations
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation development and maintenance
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Cypress, Jenkins, and Postman
- Experience with test management platforms such as Allure TestOps
- Familiarity with AI-enabled development or testing tools such as GitHub Copilot is a strong asset
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on improving test stability and coverage
- Experience working in regulated, financial services, or mission-critical environments is highly valued
- Must be eligible for Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance (or have resided in Canada for at least 5 years)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams
