Team Overview
Role SummaryTransUnion is seeking a Lead architect and engineer responsible for building intelligent automation agents that enhance operational excellence across OneTru and US Market Operations. This role will design and deliver AI-driven capabilities integrating monitoring, alerting, and resolution workflows.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI Ops agents integrating Remedy, Wiki, GCP logging, Airflow, and other sources for intelligent decision making and automated issue resolution.
- Enable intelligent monitoring, alerting, and automated incident resolution
- Implement guardrails and governance for safe automation and low-risk task execution
- Partner with Ops and Engineering teams to identify automation use cases
- Improve signal-to-noise ratio through alert tuning and anomaly detection
- Drive roadmap for human-in-the-loop to autonomous operations evolution
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Experience with GCP, logging/monitoring, Airflow, and APIs
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in operations (AIOps)
- Strong coding and systems integration skills
- Experience building automation at scale
