Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for organizing shifts and ensuring that reception operations run smoothly in accordance with established standards
  • With a creative, hands-on approach, you will support your team—especially when facing challenges—and turn those challenges into successes
  • You will lead and motivate your team
  • You will conduct regular performance reviews, identify challenges early on, recognize potential, and foster professional development

What We Expect From You:
 

  • You have several years of professional experience as a front office agent and are ready for the next step, or you already have professional experience as a supervisor.
  • You know how to set priorities.
  • Motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are always your constant companions.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team come naturally to you.
  • You’re a passionate host
  • You enjoy thinking outside the box and working on projects
  • You’re fluent in German and English
  • Not a requirement, but we’d love it if you showed an interest in and supported our social projects from time to time (e.g., volunteering at social institutions, donating in-kind items, etc., or even just mentoring newcomers)
