Client Legal Administrator - Funds Services

The salary range for this specific role will be € 50.000 – € 60.000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.The Fund Company Secretarial
The Client Legal Administrator is responsible for supporting the provision of high‑quality company secretarial services to regulated, non-regulated funds and related entities. The role includes preparing, reviewing, and maintaining statutory and corporate records; drafting board and shareholder resolutions; coordinating board and committee meetings; and assisting with regulatory and statutory filings in accordance with applicable laws and fund documentation.
The Client Legal Administrator works closely with clients, legal advisers, regulators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to governance and compliance standards. The role also involves supervising and providing guidance to junior team members, contributing to process improvements, and escalating complex matters to senior colleagues where appropriate.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Working directly with our clients, analyzing and interpreting documents, regulations and procedures, including but not limited to:
- Day-to-day legal and administration tasks for funds
- Review of, and drafting of, board and shareholder resolutions and related documents
- Preparing and attending board meetings/shareholder meetings and preparing minutes thereafter
- Handling client portfolio including compliance, KYC and AML aspects
- Handling daily client communication for all corporate and administrative matters as well as communication with third parties
- Incorporation of companies and opening bank accounts
- Ensuring maintenance of client data base
- Keeping the funds and related entities in legal good standing
- Liquidation of companies
- Actively participating in growing and marketing our business
- Participating as a core member of our team and helping sustain our strong reputation as a leading provider of fund and corporate management services
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Have a Master degree in law or professional studies
- Have 2 to 3 years working experience (corporate or funds), experience in the fund industry will be considered as an asset
- Are client-centric, pro-actively focusing on client’s needs

- Have strong communication skills and work well in a diverse team

- Are fluent in English, written and spoken. Any other language is a plus
