This role combines collections operations with data analysis, portfolio management, performance monitoring, and customer engagement strategies.You will use data insights to optimize collection outcomes, identify trends, evaluate customer behavior, and support recovery strategies while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. What you'll be doingYou will be responsible for all collection management activities through telephone calls, emails, initiation of house visits and other appropriate actionsTo manage and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of call attempts, contacts and promise to pay by customersYou will be required to do negotiation strategies to ensure successful recovery of overdue outstandingYou will analyze and evaluate errant cases to recommend and initiate appropriate course of actionUpdate the collection system immediately on all collection activities undertaken for cases assignedAny other duties as may be assigned by company's management from time to timeThis job will be reporting to the collection manager in Experian.This job is hub based and employees are required to be on site in Aperia Tower Kallang Avenue.QualificationsWhat you'll need to bring to the teamA passion for driving corporate activities to achieve collection management targetsThe ability to consistently deliver great resultsThe ability to build strong and productive relationships, internally and externallyThe ability to communicate effectively in EnglishStrong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to work independentlyMore about youExperience in collections/accounts receivables, contact center and customer service roleFresh graduates are welcome to applyHighly motivated with good negotiation and communication skillsDegree or diploma in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Data Management, or related disciplines.Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are welcome to apply.Experience in reporting, dashboard creation, performance analysis, or operations analytics is advantageous.Comfortable working with large datasets and performance metrics.Why this role is critical to usThis role plays a key part in transforming collection operations through data-driven decision-making.
