Together, we can build the future of data storage. Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To overasee equipment preventive maintenance as per scheduleIn charge equipment form factor conversion, set-up and buyoffContinuous improvement projectsNew equipment installation or set-up propagationSupport major equipment issue troubleshooting and spare parts inventory purchasingTrainer for new SOP either in human behavior or machine operationAdhere to OSHA standard for safety and healthUsing different sort of machine programming language, etc PLC/CTC/C++/Python for troubleshooting. QualificationsREQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline related to Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent fieldProficiency in at least one industrial programming language (PLC, CTC, C++, or Python)Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and workplace health regulations PREFERRED:2-3 years of hands-on experience in equipment engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related fieldExperience with equipment preventive maintenance planning and executionDemonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex equipment issuesCertification in industrial automation or PLC programmingExperience leading continuous improvement initiatives or Lean/Six Sigma projects SKILLS :Good command of EnglishExpert in Control SystemBasic understanding of Machine programming language such as PLC will be added advantageAbility to use CAD will be added advantageComputer Programming language such as Python/C++ will be added advantageAn overall understanding of AI infrastructure, such as LLM/Machine Learning/Agentic AI etc will be added advantage. Additional InformationWD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
