You will lead your team in overseeing and elevating the end-to-end candidate lifecycle through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience.As a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, you will serve as a high-impact, strategist and operational leader for some of our key lines of businesses in Technology. You will be responsible for translating long-term business vision into executable talent acquisition strategies, serving as a critical advisor to senior engineering and executive stakeholders.In this role, you will command a dual-scope leadership function: leading a high-performing team of senior recruiters to drive consultative partnerships with hiring leaders, while also leading the sourcing function for Director-level and above (Director+) tech talent.
