Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionThe In‑House Creative Studio plays a critical role in how the Experian brand shows up in our customers’ lives.As a Motion Designer and Video Editor, you’ll help bring Experian’s creative ambition to life. This is a hands-on role with real breadth. You’ll be producing high-quality creative assets across paid social, display, email, and digital campaigns, with a strong emphasis on motion design for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.You’ll sit within a modern, fast‑moving studio environment, working closely with copywriters, marketers, and channel teams to turn ideas into effective creative across paid, owned and earned. You’ll also play a key part in supporting our junior designers and helping to raise the quality of output across the team. What you’ll be doingDesign and Production: Create polished, on-brand creative assets across a range of formats including paid social, display ads, web banners, and email campaigns. Produce, edit and deliver motion graphics as a core part of your workload, using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro. Creative Scaling: Adapt and scale assets across formats, sizes, and platforms without compromising on quality. Performance minded: Embraces best practice in performance marketing. Developing assets that can be tested & optimised for performance outcomes (e.g. CPA, CTR, engagement) AI native: Use generative imagery and video tools to support ideation, exploration, and production efficiency. Comfortable with automation, adapting, versioning and resizing assets efficiently. Filming Film short‑form video content for social and digital channels, including lightweight shoots and on‑location capture. Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters to bring scripts, ideas, and concepts to life through motion and video. Participate in creative workshops, present creative work, articulating design decisions, and managing feedback with professionalism and confidence. Project management: Manage work effectively using tools such as Monday.com, ensuring deadlines, formats, and delivery standards are consistently met.QualificationsProven experience as a Motion Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating delivery of real‑world assetsConfident filming, capturing shots and assembling short‑form video content for digital and social channels with good video editing skillsStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)Experience using AI throughout the creative processExperience using Figma within a collaborative creative workflowExperience creating assets for performance marketing and an understanding of how creative impacts results, and creating assets in the correct formats, sizes, and specificationsAbility to flex creative style to deliver social‑first, platform‑native content across short‑form video channels.Good understanding of the...
