The Crown Is Yours

As Corporate Counsel on our Commercial Transactions team, you'll lead complex commercial legal matters and serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders across the organization. You'll structure, draft, and negotiate high-impact agreements that enable strategic partnerships, support growth initiatives, and advance expansion efforts. In this role, you'll apply sound legal judgment to balance risk with opportunity, drive transactions forward, and strengthen how we approach commercial decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including marketing, SaaS, advertising, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements.

  • Drive contract negotiations from initial intake through execution, aligning stakeholders and resolving complex legal and business issues.

  • Advise business teams on legal and operational risks, delivering clear, actionable guidance that supports informed decision-making.

  • Partner cross-functionally to structure deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts.

  • Enhance and scale contracting processes by refining templates, playbooks, and internal workflows.

  • Collaborate with legal teammates to coordinate input across specialized areas and ensure consistent, high-quality legal support.

What You'll Bring

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.

  • At least 4 years of relevant legal experience, including significant experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

  • Active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar or the ability to be admitted as in-house counsel in Massachusetts.

  • Proven ability to independently assess risk and provide clear, business-focused legal guidance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong negotiation skills with experience leading contract discussions and driving agreements to resolution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across functions.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-impact matters simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and working with advertising agreements is strongly preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 160,800.00 USD - 201,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
