Accountabilities:

    The High Velocity Enablement Lead will be responsible for creating and executing enablement strategies that improve sales effectiveness, accelerate onboarding, and support business growth. This role requires close collaboration with sales leadership, field teams, and internal experts to develop relevant programs, content, and learning experiences.

    • Support sales and business development teams with end-to-end enablement initiatives, including content creation, training delivery, and performance analytics.
    • Develop and execute enablement programs that provide sales professionals and leaders with the resources, tools, and knowledge required to effectively position solutions and engage customers.
    • Partner with global field leaders to identify capability gaps, define enablement priorities, and tailor programs based on team and market needs.
    • Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and learning resources covering product knowledge, sales skills, onboarding, leadership development, and operational effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with internal experts and content teams to build role-specific learning programs aligned with business objectives.
    • Ensure enablement initiatives support key business moments, including product launches, customer engagements, campaigns, and industry events.
    • Leverage sales technology platforms and analytics tools to deliver training, measure adoption, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Enable teams on AI best practices, including account research, customer messaging, and productivity-enhancing workflows.
    • Measure the impact of enablement investments through data analysis, reporting, and continuous optimization of learning programs.
    • Drive innovation in learning delivery methods and improve the overall enablement experience across the organization.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings strong experience in sales enablement, software sales, or sales development environments, with the ability to translate complex concepts into effective training and business solutions. You should be comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and operating in a fast-paced technology environment.

      • Demonstrated experience in software sales, sales development, revenue enablement, or a related enablement function.
      • Proven ability to design, build, and deliver sales effectiveness programs and learning strategies.
      • Experience partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to identify needs and drive measurable outcomes.
      • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, enablement practices, and learning technologies.
      • Experience working with technology products, preferably within DevOps, open-source software, or enterprise solutions.
      • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to audiences with different levels of technical expertise.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives, meet deadlines, and manage changing requirements.
      • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows to improve content creation, program development, and productivity.
      • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global, and collaborative environment.
      • Familiarity with sales and enablement platforms such as CRM, learning management systems, and sales productivity tools.
