About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Nonprofit Community Team

The Salesforce Nonprofit Community team drives customer success, community engagement, and business growth for the Salesforce for Nonprofit business. As a lean, high-impact team, we engage directly with thousands of customers and partners annually — delivering world-class global events, building strategic community programs, and fostering meaningful relationships across the global NGO ecosystem.

Our work spans three interconnected areas:

  • The Commons Program — a community-based open source innovation platform that builds resources and tools to support Nonprofit Salesforce customers. Through global in-person and virtual Community Sprints (hands-on building events similar to a hack-a-thon) and digital collaboration, we convene customers, partners, and employees to build and share nonprofit-focused solutions on the Salesforce platform. The Commons maintains a large and growing global community of product users and contributors, and is a key differentiator for the Nonprofit business.
  • Strategic Nonprofit Engagement — high-touch nonprofit engagement at Salesforce World Tours, Dreamforce, and community conferences, creating executive visibility and strong partner and customer relationships across AMER, EMEA, and ANZ.
  • Community Programs & Initiatives — ongoing programs that support Nonprofit Trailblazers, community leaders, and partners through content, communications, and connection — strengthening the broader ecosystem year-round.

The Nonprofit Community Associate plays a critical role in making all of this possible — supporting event planning, communications, community engagement, and delivery at scale, and helping the team continue to grow its impact across the global Nonprofit customer and partner ecosystem.

The Nonprofit Community Associate will work on a lean, mission-driven Nonprofit Community Team to deliver our world-class programs that help Nonprofits create, share, and do more with Salesforce technology.

Why You'll Love This Role

The Salesforce Nonprofit Community is a global ecosystem of customers, partners, MVPs, and Trailblazers who show up for each other, build together, and genuinely care about using technology to do more good in the world.

As our Nonprofit Community Associate, you'll be the operational engine that makes it all happen — from the Community Sprints where nonprofit Salesforce users roll up their sleeves and build real solutions together, to the Nonprofit Breakfasts and networking events at World Tours where community members reconnect and new relationships are formed. You'll help make sure that when our community shows up, everything is ready for them.

If you believe that community showing up for community is one of the most powerful forces in the Salesforce ecosystem, and you want to be the person who makes those moments possible, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Event Operations Lead

Responsible for end-to-end event planning and delivery for all Nonprofit Community events, including global multi-day in-person Community Sprints, Nonprofit Engagement events at World Tours and conferences, and global virtual events:
