Accountabilities:

    The Management Sales Associate will support sales activities by developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and helping drive commercial success. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
    • Support sales initiatives by identifying new opportunities, following up with prospects, and contributing to revenue growth.
    • Manage customer interactions and ensure a high-quality experience throughout the sales process.
    • Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to prepare proposals, presentations, and business updates.
    • Participate in customer meetings, market engagement activities, and sales planning discussions.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities using internal systems.
    • Contribute insights from customer conversations and market feedback to support continuous improvement.
    • Support the execution of sales strategies and initiatives to strengthen market presence.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and business development, with the ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
      • Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a related commercial role is an advantage.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
      • Good negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to understand customer needs and identify suitable business opportunities.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Comfortable using digital tools, customer management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
      • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a sales environment.
