We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesMinimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in new business development and solution-based sellingStrong ability to identify customer challenges and articulate value-driven solutions to diverse stakeholdersExperience using customer relationship management platforms, particularly Salesforce, with strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilitiesProficiency with modern sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach and/or similar platformsExcellent communication, organization and time management skills with the ability to manage high-volume prospecting activityCollaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to advance opportunitiesDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges.
