Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute omnichannel paid media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across paid social, PPC, email marketing, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Balance strategic media planning with day-to-day campaign activation and performance management.
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, flighting, and key performance indicators to ensure optimal results.
- Build media plans, forecast outcomes, and recommend media mix allocations based on client objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Prepare and present performance reports, strategic recommendations, and campaign results to clients.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns, test emerging advertising platforms, and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated, data-driven marketing solutions.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or paid advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram Ads).
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
- Proven expertise managing campaigns across multiple paid media channels.
- Experience with media planning, campaign forecasting, budget management, pacing, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with campaign management platforms, research tools, and competitive analysis techniques.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong client communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning and short-term performance objectives.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with excellent critical thinking skills.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are considered an asset.
