We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ESD and Calibration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment and instruments are calibrated to the highest standards and that electrostatic discharge (ESD) control procedures are maintained to protect sensitive components from damage. You will play a vital role in maintaining the quality, performance, and longevity of our products and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Control:
    • Implement and enforce ESD control procedures to minimize the risk of electrostatic damage to sensitive electronic components.
    • Regularly inspect, test, and maintain ESD protective equipment and devices (e.g., wrist straps, mats, workstations).
    • Train and educate team members on best practices for ESD safety and procedures.
  • Calibration Services:
    • Perform calibration, adjustment, and certification of precision instruments and equipment used in production and testing.
    • Maintain detailed calibration records to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
    • Troubleshoot and repair instruments as needed to maintain accurate and reliable measurements.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calibration activities, ESD inspections, and repairs.
    • Generate calibration certificates and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Assist in auditing and verifying calibration standards and ESD practices.
  • Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
    • Perform routine maintenance on calibration instruments and ESD equipment.
    • Identify and resolve any calibration or ESD-related issues that may affect production or product quality.
  • Compliance & Standards Adherence:
    • Ensure all calibration and ESD processes comply with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
    • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to ensure procedures and equipment are current
