Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team, supporting Accounts Payable and financial operations in line with IQVIA Finance Standard Operating Procedures, US GAAP, and SOX requirements.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP professional who thrives in a structured yet dynamic, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate third-party invoices in Coupa and SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Execute daily Accounts Payable operations, maintaining high standards of efficiency and precision.
- Support month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors, resolving inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver reports to management to support decision-making and financial oversight.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures, SOX controls, and relevant accounting standards (US GAAP/local GAAP).
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within AP and financial operations.
- Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or higher).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Procurement.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP; experience with Coupa, ServiceNow, or other procurement systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong data analysis and data handling skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to apply judgment within established procedures to resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders.
