Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleAs a Human Resources Business Partner Trainee, you will support the HR Business Partner team in their daily tasks throughout the employee life cycle.In your new role, you will Employee Lifecycle: Support the different phases of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, people development, training/workshop coordination by partnering with other counterparts in HREvents Organization: Assist with internal events organization (workshops, trainings, onboarding sessions, etc.)Process documentation: Support process documentation, creating and updating internal documentsHR Programs & Policy Deployment: Support the deployment of global and local HR policies such as people development, compensation, organizational development, etc.Employer Branding: Be an Infineon ambassador by promoting and developing the Infineon cultureYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedYou are a dynamic person, able to adapt to different environments and stakeholders and manage different tasks at the same time.
