Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies based on client profiles, industry sectors, geographic regions, and equipment asset categories.
- Identify and originate new equipment finance opportunities through existing relationships, prospecting efforts, and independent business development initiatives.
- Partner with internal banking teams to create account plans, coordinate marketing strategies, and strengthen client engagement.
- Structure and present financing proposals while collaborating with underwriting teams to assess opportunities and support credit processes.
- Coordinate client onboarding activities and ensure all required documentation and information are collected efficiently.
- Ensure new business opportunities align with established risk parameters, pricing guidelines, and overall equipment finance strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to introduce additional financial products and services.
- Expand and manage a portfolio by acquiring new clients and supporting long-term account growth.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity within the designated CRM platform.
- Manage travel and business development activities responsibly while maximizing return on investment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience originating equipment finance transactions and managing client portfolios.
- Deep understanding of equipment finance products, including loans, leases, and industry-specific financing solutions.
- Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of pricing methodologies and experience using industry-standard pricing software.
- Advanced analytical and financial assessment skills.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Strong relationship management skills with a consultative and client-focused approach.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
