Job Summary and Responsibilities
As the System Vice President Revenue Cycle Performance Delivery, you will drive enterprise-wide revenue cycle optimization, ensuring consistent execution and accountability across our vast healthcare network. This pivotal leadership role impacts our organization's financial health, aligning regional operations with system-wide priorities, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement in healthcare finance and operations. Your strategic vision will enhance patient access, billing, and collections, directly contributing to our mission and operational efficiency.
Every day you will collaborate extensively with revenue cycle leadership, finance executives, and regional stakeholders to navigate complex challenges and achieve crucial financial, operational, and service objectives. You'll establish robust performance expectations, facilitate governance, and streamline escalation processes, guaranteeing regional leaders are aligned, supported, and held accountable within our integrated revenue cycle operating model. This involves meticulous oversight, vendor management, and proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancement and technology adoption in revenue cycle management.
To be successful in this role, you will possess proven expertise in large-scale healthcare revenue cycle performance leadership, adept at unifying diverse regional operations under a common strategic vision. Your background should include a strong track record of driving accountability, implementing operating standards, and resolving cross-regional challenges within complex healthcare systems. Expertise in financial management, operational performance improvement, and executive-level stakeholder engagement is crucial, alongside exceptional communication and an understanding of key revenue cycle metrics and healthcare finance technologies.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct organization-wide revenue cycle performance, ensuring accountability and consistent execution across regions and managed service providers.
- Manage regional revenue cycle leaders, holding them accountable for metric and operational improvements.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, ensuring successful implementation of new services and alignment with performance expectations and KPIs.
- Monitor aggregate regional and vendor performance to identify systemic issues and drive corrective actions.
- Develop regional revenue cycle leaders and foster collaboration to align internal and managed service teams.
- Communicate performance priorities, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership for organizational alignment.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors degree
- 10+ years demonstrated experience in the understanding and management of healthcare revenue cycle
- 12+ years in the healthcare industry with proven experience in a large, complex, multi-facility healthcare environment with the ability to collaborate and work with people at all levels
Preferred
- Masters degree
