Job Summary
As a Technology Support Analyst III at John W. Danforth Company, you will serve as the highest-level technical support for our organization, helping to resolve complex IT issues and maintain the systems that keep our business running. You’ll leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot network and infrastructure challenges, support end users, strengthen system security, and partner with technology vendors to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and support software, hardware, and network infrastructure components.• Manage network servers, user accounts, workstations, and technology tools across the environment.• Monitor system performance and maintain IT systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, determine root causes, and document resolutions.• Escalate vendor-specific issues and coordinate with external technology partners as needed.• Maintain system security through access controls, backups, firewalls, and other preventative measures.• Support network and infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and technology refresh initiatives.• Ensure software and hardware licensing compliance across supported systems.• Consult with end users to understand business needs and recommend effective technology solutions.• Evaluate trends in support requests and recommend system improvements or reconfigurations.• Coordinate infrastructure changes and enhancements with IT partners and vendors.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in an IT support or infrastructure role.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience and training.• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, servers, and IT infrastructure.• Experience analyzing, implementing, and supporting IT systems and technologies.• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users.• Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute technical projects and support activities effectively.

Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000
Other Compensation: Bonus eligible
