Accountabilities:

    • Own end-to-end paid media strategy, execution oversight, and performance outcomes across a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring campaigns consistently meet ROI, lead quality, and efficiency targets.
    • Develop and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and related paid channels, including testing strategies for audiences, creative, bidding, and conversion paths.
    • Translate client business goals into structured paid media strategies, including campaign architecture, budget pacing plans, KPI frameworks, and performance benchmarks.
    • Monitor account health daily and proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities, delivering actionable recommendations before issues escalate.
    • Lead client-facing discussions, presenting performance insights, strategic recommendations, and data-backed narratives that influence decision-making and long-term direction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams including analytics, creative, SEO, and client success to ensure cohesive, integrated marketing strategies across all channels.
    • Contribute to team development by mentoring peers, refining best practices, improving workflows, and supporting continuous improvement across paid media operations.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media, with deep hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, and multi-channel campaign management.
      • Proven ability to manage complex client accounts or multiple portfolios, with full ownership of strategy, optimization, reporting, and performance delivery.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
      • Advanced proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related reporting and tracking tools.
      • Experience presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
      • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, budget pacing, audience segmentation, and experimentation methodologies.
      • Excellent communication and client leadership skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven storytelling and strategic reasoning.
