Role responsibilities
The Business Development Officer is responsible for originating and funding SBA loans through self-sourced business development efforts. This includes establishing and maintaining client relationships, analyzing loan opportunities, and collaborating with underwriting and closing teams.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a commercial lending environment and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include strong analytical skills, established market presence, and familiarity with SBA loan products.
