About the role:
As our Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for testing quality and quality assurance within the Internal Products team, ensuring products are delivered to a consistently high standard. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal teams to support product development, deployment, and ongoing operational excellence

About the role:
As our Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for testing quality and quality assurance within the Internal Products team, ensuring products are delivered to a consistently high standard. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal teams to support product development, deployment, and ongoing operational excellence
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct thorough test planning, define test cases and scenarios & provide feedback and contribute to process improvements
- Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright
- Ensure products meet compliance requirements before release
- Actively participate in product team projects across all stages of the development lifecycle
- Act as a first point of contact, you will resolve escalated issues, bugs, and queries across all BGL Internal Products efficiently with commitment on quality outcomes
- Assist other teams with ad hoc requirements such as reporting
What we’re looking for
- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential. Relevant industry experience in a QA or testing role will be considered in place of formal qualifications
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Sound communication skills and can collaborate seamlessly across teams
