Job Description

• Relevant Years of experience in Industry X Services (PLM, MES ) implementation services, cadre building and end to end delivery of projects
• Teamcenter, Windchill and Dassault systems PLM implementation experience – Requirements design to sustenance of the Enterprise Apps
• Proven track record managing large client engagements in PLM & MES areas, managing AMS engagements and delivery
• Proven track record managing delivery operations
• Experience working in a global delivery model (onsite–offshore)
• Technology expert in either one of Teamcenter, Windchill, 3D Experience, ARAS PLMs and ability to play consultant / architect roles
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in manufacturing industrial automotive aerospace or high-tech domains
• Experience with digital engineering PLM platforms model-based engineering or AI[1]enabled engineering
• Prior exposure to outcome-based or gain-share commercial models
• Revenue growth and margin performance
• Client satisfaction and executive confidence
• Delivery performance (quality schedule SLAs)
• Engagement stability and team effectiveness
• Strong leadership presence execution rigor and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels with senior client stakeholders.
