As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive warm, genuine, and seamless service. You will be responsible for providing food and beverage service, maintaining presentation standards, supporting the bar team, and contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout our venues.

Guest Service
- Deliver exceptional service in line with Hilton Brand Standards.
- Welcome and engage guests, acting as a host and creating memorable experiences.
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer recommendations, specials, and upselling opportunities.
- Manage guest tabs and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
Food & Beverage Operations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage, and cocktail menus, including seasonal updates.
- Assist with food collection and delivery as required.
- Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ensure correct outlet setup and close-down procedures are completed efficiently.
- Support colleagues across all food and beverage areas when required.
Presentation & Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all food and beverage outlets.
- Complete cleaning schedules and daily operational duties.
- Report maintenance issues through the appropriate channels and follow up as required.
- Ensure all company policies, health and safety procedures, and food safety standards are followed.
- Safeguard company property, including keys and equipment.
Teamwork & Development
- Participate in team meetings, training programs, and Hilton learning opportunities.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Contribute ideas to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Embrace change and adapt positively to business needs and industry developments.

Essential Requirements
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the Im Alert Food Safety Certificate (Cairns City Council).
- Commitment to Hilton grooming and uniform standards.
