JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Perform daily TPM inspections and report equipment abnormalities.
2. Prepare tooling and perform fiberglass lamination process.
3. Collect, dispense, and handle resin according to process specifications.
4. Operate curing ovens and monitor curing processes.
5. Strip cured products from tooling and maintain tooling condition.
6. Inspect finished products for quality, weight, and identification requirements.
7. Complete production records and traceability documents.
8. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
9. Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum PMR Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
2. Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
3. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
4. Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
5. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
6. Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
7. Ability to carry physical works.
8. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
