Delivery Lead, Systems Integrations
About Nscale
Nscale is the GPU cloud engineered for AI. We provide cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure for AI start-ups and large enterprise customers. Nscale enables AI-focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility.
We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you’ll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.
About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on Delivery Lead within Systems Integrations to take end-to-end ownership of how new business systems land at Nscale. You will run a portfolio of three to five concurrent rollouts at different stages of maturity, from initial discovery through go-live and clean handoff to the dedicated technical owner within Enterprise Systems.
Your mandate is simple: make new systems land well, fast, and consistently. That means doing the work, not just scheduling it: deep stakeholder discovery, current and target state mapping, defining how the system should be used at Nscale, solution synthesis, vendor management, configuration oversight, integration design, training, rollout, and weekly delivery reporting.
Once a system is in stable BAU, you will hand it off to the technical expert within Enterprise Systems who will own it ongoing, and you will take on the next wave. Current examples include Attune, Procore, NetSuite, and Kyriba; the portfolio rolls over as systems move into BAU.
Building this into a fast, repeatable capability is one of Enterprise Technology’s top 2026 goals. You are the engine of that capability. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who simplifies complexity, makes clear decisions, and is comfortable pushing back when necessary.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end delivery of three to five concurrent enterprise system rollouts from discovery through go-live and BAU handoff.
- Run structured stakeholder discovery to understand current processes, pain points, and target state, going deep enough to push back credibly on requirements that do not stand up.
- Define how each system should be used at Nscale, with templates, conventions, standards, and a clear point of view on what good looks like.
- Synthesise inputs from business stakeholders, vendors, and existing systems into recommended solution designs covering configuration, integrations, role model, data flows, and rollout sequencing.
- Pressure-test designs through the Architecture Review Board before commitment and carry decisions back into delivery.
- Translate Nscale’s operating model into simple, scalable system designs that avoid unnecessary customisation and technical debt.
- Review, challenge, and rationalise designs proposed by vendors and system integrators to remove complexity before it lands in the system.
- Define a minimum viable go-live and phased roadmap for each rollout that supports rapid scaling without over-engineering.
- Own vendor onboarding, configuration, integration into the wider Nscale stack, data migration, UAT, training, and go-live.
- Direct internal Systems Integration Engineers, partner technical owners, and third-party implementation partners as the work demands.
- Make decisive calls on trade-offs across scope, time, cost, and quality, and escalate cleanly when decisions need to move up.
- Manage vendor relationships through selection, training, implementation, and ongoing support phases, including contract scope, change orders, and escalations.
- Hold partners to their commitments and rework when the work does not meet the standard.
- Carry three to five concurrent rollouts at different stages of maturity without dropping the standard on any of them.
- Sequence work across the portfolio so discovery, build, and stabilisation phases are balanced and team capacity is used well.
- Build the playbook, templates, and ways of working that turn this from a series of individual rollouts into a repeatable Nscale capability.
- Hand off cleanly to the technical expert within Enterprise Systems who will own each system in BAU.
- Maintain weekly delivery reporting across the portfolio, with clear callouts on risks, decisions needed, and dependencies.
What You’ll Work On
You will lead a live portfolio of enterprise system rollouts across Finance, People, Operations, Infrastructure, and other business areas. Current examples include treasury systems such as Kyriba, capital project delivery systems such as Procore, ERP systems such as NetSuite, and infrastructure asset management systems such as Attune.
The portfolio is not fixed: systems move into BAU and new initiatives replace them. The work includes both greenfield rollouts and remediation of partially implemented systems, with integrations into the wider Nscale stack including NetSuite, JumpCloud, Workday, Foundry, and others.
Who You’ll Work With
You will partner closely with business function owners across Finance, People, Operations, DC Ops, and other teams; the Senior Director, Enterprise Systems; the wider Enterprise Systems team, including the technical experts who will inherit each system in BAU; Enterprise Architecture and the Architecture Review Board; Tech Ops; third-party implementation partners; and vendors.
About You
- You have 5+ years’ experience delivering enterprise applications end to end, ideally across ERP, treasury, project management, HCM, or operational platforms.
- You are comfortable doing the work yourself: stakeholder interviews, requirements, design, configuration walkthroughs, vendor pushback, UAT scripts, and training sessions.
- You have strong synthesis skills and can take messy input from many directions and land on a clear, defensible recommendation rather than a list of options.
- You bring an operator mindset: you unblock yourself, drive vendors, and make decisions without waiting for permission.
- You have demonstrable experience integrating SaaS business systems into a wider stack covering ERP, identity, HCM, and data platforms.
- You are comfortable carrying multiple concurrent deliveries at different stages of maturity without dropping the standard on any of them.
- You understand how SaaS systems are configured and integrated, even if you are not doing the deep technical work yourself, and you can hold technical partners to account.
- You are confident pushing back on system integrators, vendors, and senior stakeholders when needed.
- You have a forward-thinking mindset that sees each business system as part of a broader data and analytics architecture.
- Curiosity about Palantir Foundry is a plus.
- Experience in high-growth, M&A-active, or capital-intensive industries is a plus.
