Job Description
We are looking for a professional to manage overall facility and administrative operations, ensuring smooth workplace functioning and compliance with standards. You will oversee vendor management, sourcing, procurement, and contract execution while supervising housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and employee transport services.
You will serve as the main contact for vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Success will be measured through adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), compliance with EHS standards, and effective resource utilization.
In addition to running core operations, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements, optimize costs, and enhance employee experience.
You will report to the Facilities Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage end‑to‑end facility and administrative operations.
Handle vendor management, sourcing, procurement, and contract execution.
Supervise housekeeping, security, hygiene, and daily maintenance activities.
Manage cafeteria operations and employee transport services.
Oversee office space planning and utilization.
Coordinate events, contractor activities, and scrap disposal.
Ensure compliance with EHS standards, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Optimize facility costs and drive operational efficiency.
Maintain assets, inventory, and store operations (FIFO method).
Handle courier and logistics services.
Process Purchase Orders, GRN, and invoices in SAP.
Ensure timely vendor payments and relationship management.
Address emergency situations and operational issues effectively.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Facility Management.
5+ years of experience in facility management, vendor management, or administrative operations.
Strong project and contractor management skills.
Experience in industrial/manufacturing setup and multi‑vendor environments.
Familiarity with SAP (Procurement/Inventory).
Knowledge of EHS compliance and operational standards.
