Accountabilities:

    The Senior Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and execution of CRM product initiatives, ensuring solutions meet customer needs while aligning with broader business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to transform market insights into impactful product outcomes.

    • Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for CRM solutions within an enterprise technology ecosystem.
    • Develop and communicate a clear roadmap aligned with customer requirements, business goals, and market opportunities.
    • Act as the voice of customers and partners by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and translating insights into actionable product requirements.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and internal teams to understand evolving market needs.
    • Lead product discovery, business case development, prioritization, and launch planning for new initiatives.
    • Create and maintain product documentation, including business requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Define AI-powered product capabilities that enhance CRM workflows, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, data, and product teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
    • Establish success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously improve adoption and business impact.
    • Monitor automotive technology trends, competitive landscapes, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to guide product strategy.
    • Present product strategies and recommendations to senior executives and external stakeholders.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in enterprise SaaS, CRM platforms, and customer-focused product development. You should combine strategic thinking with technical understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.

      • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing enterprise or B2B SaaS products involving integrations, APIs, or platform capabilities.
      • Deep understanding of automotive retail technology, dealer operations, and OEM ecosystems.
      • Experience defining and delivering successful SaaS, CRM, or platform product strategies.
      • Strong experience optimizing CRM workflows, marketing operations, and customer engagement solutions.
      • Hands-on experience building or applying LLM-driven capabilities and AI-powered product features.
      • Proven ability to work directly with enterprise customers and strategic partners in a client-facing product role.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data, KPIs, and customer insights to guide prioritization.
      • Excellent storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
      • Experience creating detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
      • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams and workstreams with minimal supervision.
      • Experience in CRM Marketing, Service CRM, Lead Management, product-led growth, or partner-led growth environments is preferred.
      • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
