**Summary:** Meta is seeking a professional experienced in driving strategic operations for large-scale supply chain organizations to execute on projects critical to Meta's Infrastructure Supply Chain & Engineering team. This role involves leveraging functional expertise, thought leadership and strategic influence to help identify and solution risks that may compromise or adversely impact our supply chain, optimize processes and drive efficiency. Identifying and proposing solutions to operational challenges and roadblocks 2. Driving processes to solution areas for improvement across Infrastructure Supply Chain & Engineering and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness 3. Leading and collaborating with teams across different departments to drive strategic initiatives 4. Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization 5. Operationalize goals around business process optimization and efficiency 6. Utilizing data to identify trends, analyze performance, and develop data-driven recommendations 7. Building partnerships with key cross functional partners across Infrastructure, Legal, Policy, Finance, etc. to ensure successful collaboration across initiatives **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. 8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or a related field, in supply chain role 9. Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and developing data-driven strategies 10. Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels 11. Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and influencing stakeholders 12. Experience building relationships with legal, policy, finance, and other cross-functional partners and driving discussions around strategic projects 13. Demonstrated experience of thinking critically, analyzing complex situations, and developing effective strategies 14. Experience using data analysis to define, scope, and recommend solutions for ambiguous cross-functional operational challenges **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies 16. Experience with technical concepts relevant to supply chain operations 17. Experience supporting large scale supply chain organization 18. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 19.
