1.) 電氣/機械/管道系統維護，包括：空調、UPS、CRAC、開關設備、警報系統、BMS系統、門禁卡系統、消防系統、供排水系統、廢水系統、超純水系統、WIPA、公共廣播系統、AV系統和其他電器
2.) 團隊管理，管理團隊出缺勤，確保團隊依照規定執行任務
3.) 處理客戶請求/現場投訴並解決問題/故障
4.) 每日檢查系統、設施並進行必要的設備檢查和儀表讀數
5.) 協助和監督與糾正性維護和計畫性預防性維護以及供應商簡報相關的場所內供應商和承包商服務
6.) 協助專案工作和內部移動、增加和變更活動，協助斷電活動
7.) 回應系統警報並處理緊急情況
8.) 撰寫事件報告並協助分析事件的根本原因
9.) 成功完成預定的維護活動並解決客戶請求
10.) 確保始終保持高水準的專業精神和客戶服務
11.) 客戶請款、加班費核算等基本管理任務，以及主管指派的與角色相關的其他任務
