ICT Project ManagerNorwayApplications only open to:

- 3 weeks in-country, 1-week remote working

- Freelance – the worker needs to register in Norway
- Coordinate and oversee all ICT and ELV construction activities, ensuring works meet design intent, programme, and technical standards.
- Ensure compliance with local ICT standards, statutory requirements, industry best practice, and HSE regulations relevant to the project location.
- Review and validate ICT design drawings, submittals, technical documentation, and installation methodologies for constructability and compliance.
- Manage on-site interfaces between ICT systems and other disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, and CSA.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identify delivery risks, and support recovery planning across ICT packages, ensuring alignment with the wider project team.
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections, testing, and commissioning of ICT systems throughout installation and handover.
- Coordinate integrated systems testing (IST), ensuring all ICT infrastructure and connected systems are fully verified, documented, and operational.
- Lead regular coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain programme alignment and resolve technical issues.
- Promote a culture of safety, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all ICT project activities.
- 6+ years' experience managing ICT or ELV project delivery, ideally within data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of structured cabling systems, fibre optic networks, data networking, wireless infrastructure, security systems (CCTV, Access Control), AV systems, and BMS integration.
- Experience managing ICT commissioning activities, including integrated systems testing (IST), validation, and project handover.
- Proven experience coordinating ICT design, installation, testing, and commissioning across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient with project reporting, scheduling, and document management tools.
- Fluent in English; Norwegian would be advantageous.
