Senior Quality Control Analyst
As a Senior Quality Control Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards across our operations. You will lead quality control initiatives, conduct detailed inspections and tests, analyze quality data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager, and you’ll work out of our Lincolnshire, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule. The first 90 days will be 100% onsite.
In this role, you will impact product quality and operational excellence by implementing and maintaining robust quality control procedures, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that our products consistently meet and exceed industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and processes to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to identify deviations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze quality control data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement, driving data-driven decision-making within the quality control function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on quality performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
- Less than 5% travel possible.
You Must Have:
- 6+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, including regulatory compliance standards and quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools, including data analysis and quality metrics interpretation.
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools relevant to inspection, testing, and reporting.
We Value:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Oil & gas industry experience is highly preferred, as well as gas detection.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global team environments.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a strong commitment to quality excellence.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

The salary range for this position is ($92,800 - $116,000). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
