Revenue Operations Lead - Post Sales
Role responsibilities
You will design and own the onboarding and handoff operations, ensuring customers transition smoothly from closed-won to fully live. Additionally, you will build the customer success operational infrastructure and manage post-sale reporting.
Requirements
Candidates should have 5-7 years of professional experience with a strong understanding of the post-sale customer lifecycle. Experience in RevOps, BizOps, or consulting with a focus on GTM problems is preferred.
