We're growing fast and we need someone who can take our product to market — find the right people, get them on a call, show them what we've built, and close the deal.This is a full-cycle sales role. You own the process from first touch to signed contract. You'll work evening and night shifts to stay aligned with U.S. time zones, and you'll work directly with the founders — no long chain of command, no bureaucracy.What you'll doReach out to U.S. trucking company owners and dispatchers through cold outreachBook and run live product demos — confident, clear, and tailored to the prospectFollow up consistently and move deals through the pipelineClose deals and hit monthly targetsTrack all activity in CRM and keep your pipeline clean and currentShare market feedback directly with the product and founding teamWhat we're looking for3+ years in sales — you've carried a quota and hit itStrong English communication — written and spoken, confident with U.S. clientsHigh discipline and daily consistency — you don't need to be pushedComfortable with pressure, targets, and rejection — it doesn't shake youFast learner who can get deep on our product quicklyStrong ambition — you want to earn more and grow fastNice to haveExperience selling to SMBs or in logistics / trucking / SaaSFamiliarity with U.S. business cultureExperience with cold calling or outbound-heavy rolesWho we areWe're a small team building hard things.
